We want you to join our flight report team! This is your chance to tell us – and Inside Traveller readers – who the good and the bad guys are. Your personal details are, of course, kept completely confidential. Each month we will have a review of readers’ comments and build these up so that we get a consensus of views. Clearly, the fact that one person did not enjoy the food on a particular airline is unfortunate but could be just bad luck – if several people say the same thing then we have an obvious trend and one which we want to warn readers about.
Do please remember that we are just as interested in positive comments as negative. The more reports we receive, the more accurate the findings so please do send in as many reports as you can. Even “all OK” is useful so you do not have to write a long essay every time. Please answer as many questions as appropriate - you need not comment on all items if you do not wish to.
